If you have any questions regarding your quote or policy please click here to email us, we aim to respond to you within 4 working hours, our opening hours are 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday and 10am – 4pm Saturdays and Sundays excluding Bank Holidays.

If you wish to speak to one of our Helpdesk advisors then call us on 0906 736 6522, lines are open from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Calls cost £1.02 per minute plus network extras; call from mobiles and other networks may cost more.
Our staff will not be able to help with the following:
We encourage customers to contact us by email as much as possible; as we are an internet based insurance company and therefore enables us to keep our premiums competitive
However, we do appreciate that some of our customers may wish to speak to one of our advisors. To ensure we continue keeping our premiums competitive, we charge these customers a premium rate to contact us using this method.
NOTICE TO THIRD PARTIES
We will only discuss policy details with the policy holder, unless the policy holder has given us their permission for a third party to act on their behalf. The policy holder will need to contact us to give us permission before we will discuss policy details.
