Voucher Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 16 years or over.
  2. Every annual insurance policy purchased or renewed at eCarinsurance.co.uk on or after 22.12.09 will receive a holiday voucher to the value of £100.
  3. There is no closing date and the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion at anytime.
  4. Holiday voucher will be posted to you along with the insurance certificate.
  5. The discount voucher is redeemable against a selection of tour operators main edition brochures (up to a maximum of £300 discount per booking).
  6. Simply pick up any of the widely available brochures from any High Street travel agents (some tour operators may be withdrawn without prior notice).
  7. You may use these vouchers for telephone bookings made on 0800 009 3133. All bookings must be made through Glen Travel who is the appointed booking agent for this promotion. Glen Travel is not responsible for the suitability or otherwise of any holiday taken.
  8. The discount vouchers can only be used for two or more adults on a package holiday or cruise holiday on featured tour operators: a package is defined as flight, accommodation and transfer. The voucher cannot be used against a flight only or fly drive.
  9. Holiday bookings are accepted subject to holiday availability. Holidays must be for a minimum duration of seven nights.
  10. Single travellers or those travelling for less than the required duration will receive up to 10% discount.
  11. These vouchers are valid on brochure priced holidays and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or special price product with the exception of the tour operators` additional brochure savings ( e.g. Early booking discounts and free child places etc .)
  12. Price breakers and late availability holidays are not included in this offer.
  13. You must have travel insurance and may be required to show Glen Travel proof of this insurance when sending in your vouchers. Travel insurance can be purchased from Glen Travel at very competitive rates.
  14. The discount will only be deducted from the basic cost of each booking regardless of the number of people on that particular booking. The discount will go up to a maximum of £300 per booking, subject to a minimum level of spend of £1000, and this will be deducted from the final invoice.
  15. The booking conditions shown in the tour operators` brochures apply to your booking and the tour operator is responsible for the accuracy of this information.
  16. The holiday voucher applies to new bookings only booked through Glen Travel.
  17. This holiday voucher can only be redeemed against the final payment of the basic brochure cost of your chosen holiday and excludes (surcharges, supplements, insurance, ski packs, taxes or any other extras) and cannot be set off against the cost of a deposit.
  18. Any holiday cancelled will be subject to the tour operators` cancellation charges.
  19. Payment by credit card will incur a charge of 2.5%of the total transaction.
  20. The cash value of the holiday voucher is 00.001p. There is no cash alternative as original.
  21. Vouchers are non transferrable and any attempt to do so will render them invalid.
  22. Only collectable vouchers will be accepted, we do not accept photocopies.

Holiday Prize Terms & Conditions:

  1. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 16 years or over.
  2. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  3. To participate in the Promotion, participants must buy or renew an annual insurance policy from eCarinsurance.co.uk, eHomeinsurance.co.uk, eVaninsurance.co.uk or eBikeinsurance.co.uk, and that goes on cover or 'is live' on or after 12.01am on 22/12/2009.
  4. Participants will receive one entry into each of the remaining 9 monthly prize draws available from time and date of entry. One entry per customer per annual policy.
  5. Closing date for entries into the final draw of the 9 monthly draws will be 11.59pm on 30/12/2010. Annual policies that go on cover or ‘is live' after this time and date will not be included.
  6. Holidays offered are for 2 people only based on 7 nights sharing twin or double room.
  7. Winners will be drawn at random by an independent judge at midday on the dates shown below. There are 9 holidays to win and 9 monthly draws take place between April and December 2010, as follows:

  8. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. Winners will be notified by phone and in writing within 10 days of the draw and winners details will be published on eCar, eHome, eVan and eBike websites.
  10. Hotels indicated are subject to availability and could be substituted with another hotel of the same rating if unavailable.
  11. Holidays must be taken within 12 months from date of draw.
  12. Holidays include flights, transfers and hotel accommodation on a half board basis only. In some circumstances, if the hotel offers an all inclusive package then this would be given at no extra cost.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of any entrant being unable to satisfy these conditions of entry or forfeiting or not claiming any of the holiday prizes. If any prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct a further draw, as required, at the same time and place as the original draw but on 04.02.2011
  14. The prize is non transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered – it is a holiday only offer.
  15. Winners and their guest must hold a valid UK passport and are responsible for meeting UK passport control guidelines.
  16. Winners agree that the Promoter request a photo opportunity when receiving their prize and agree to let the Promoter and Administrator use this information in any media for future promotional marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or compensation.
  17. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction of computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures, related to the reasonable control of the Promoter.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone or amend the Promotion.
