Land Rover SVX to be unveiled at Geneva
Motoring enthusiasts heading to this year's Geneva motor show are in for a treat - with dozens of manufacturers showing off their latest models.
One such firm is Land Rover, which will be showcasing its LRX concept cross-coupe for the very first time in Europe.
It is set to be on the stand next to the Defender SVX special edition which has never before been unveiled and has been manufactured to celebrate the car giant's 60th anniversary.
Both cars look set to excite Land Rover fans with the LRX already impressing those who caught a glimpse of it at the Detroit Auto show in the US.
"[After Detroit, I'm] even more certain this would be a hugely exciting direction for us to take," Land Rover managing director Phil Popham told worldcarfans.com.
Expected to go on sale in 2010, the LRX is expected to cost around £30,000 and benefits from a top speed of 135mph and a 2,000cc engine.
