How can I change the car on my eCar policy or make other changes?

If you want to change the car on your policy (or make any other changes) you can do this immediately online.

Just login to your online account go to the car section and click change. You can set the date for your change to be up to 30 days from today's date.

When you change your car, don't forget that you will probably also need to change a few other things for example:

  • estimated market value.
  • alarm and tracker.
  • modifications.
  • registered keeper and owner.

Once you've made your changes, we'll give you an instant quote to cover your new car. You can take this up immediately or save it for later.

If your premium has gone down, we'll either split it equally over your remaining instalments and reduce the instalments or refund you.

If it's gone up, the extra will either be split over your remaining instalments and added on top of your current amount or, if you pay annually, you'll need to pay online by card.

Calls to 03 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and must count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls.
