I'm having trouble logging in to my eCar account. What do I do?

If you have a quote or a policy with us and you don't have a password, create a new password here.

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it here.

You'll need to know your policy or quote number and the email address you used.

Once you've entered your details, we'll send you an email with a secure link that will allow you to set up a new password.

Please note that you must have access to the email address listed on your insurance policy in to do this.

You can find your policy/quote number in any confirmation emails or letters from us or on your certificate of insurance.

If you're unable to find your policy or quote number anywhere or having other problems logging in, please get in touch and we'll help you out.

To view and print any of your documents online including your certificate of motor insurance simply login to your online account.

If you have a quote from us that you'd like to take up you can retrieve it using your quote number and email address.


How can I get proof of my no claims discount?

If you have decided not to renew with us or to cancel your policy and your policy has finished, you can request proof of your no claims discount in your online account.


How can I change the car on my eCar policy or make other changes?

If you want to change the car on your policy (or make any other changes) you can do this immediately online.

How do I cancel my policy?

We're sorry to hear you're thinking of cancelling your policy. Before you go any further though, please make sure you understand the fees and conditions that apply to your cancellation.
