How can I get proof of my no claims discount?

If you have decided not to renew with us or to cancel your policy and your policy has finished, you can request proof of your no claims discount in your online account.

The renewal invitation we send out near the end of your policy serves as proof of your no claims discount so if you still have this, you don't need to wait for us to send your another one.

If your policy is still active then you won't be able to get proof of your no claims discount. This is because, whilst your policy is still running, we cannot guarantee that you won't need to make a claim before it ends.
